Included in this membership level is your PHRF certificate. Note per US Sailing and PHRF standards the PHRF certificate is valid for one year.

CLUB or COMMERCIAL
This membership level is for Clubs and Businesses. With this membership we are able to provide Race Committee, instruction and help with NOR’s and SI’s. SAIL also provides a free 1 day Race Management seminar to our member clubs.
